Be honest about your heart for caring for older adults and also about your comfort with Christian values. This organization really does put Biblical principals at the front of all decisions, and prayer happens at meetings and other gatherings.

Better communication, such an easy concept, but so hard to do. Always short staff, easy burn out for alot of people, working hard with so little help. Take advise from the CNA that do the jobs and care for each resident. It is not an easy job and many of the residents you can't help but get attached to them. So take CNA's input or suggestions.

We do not currently drug test as part of our hiring process except as required for DOT regulated drivers.
