Never ending work flow
Written by RN (Former Employee) from Indiana, PA on October 1, 2018
Being an RN here is horrendously hard work. I'm all for hard work but make the pay match the workload. They give great PTO hours but good luck trying to use them, especially on a weekend. The staffing is terrible and you're always on a cart yet still responsible for your RN duties...and if you make a mistake you better believe you're going to hear - more... about it. They accept patients a skilled facility should never have. - less
ProsPto, health insurance
ConsMediocre pay, poor staffing, ridiculous workload
