Toxic workplace
Written by Environmental Services (Current Employee) from Oil City, PA on August 10, 2018
Management always second guesses workers causing a strained relationship. Their mission statement of person centered care is a facade and administrators and department heads could care less about the residents. There is constantly a double standard for everyone depending on who likes you and what position you hold. In my opinion the same standard should - more... be used for everyone. - less
ProsMeaningful work with residents
ConsManagement issues, double standards
