Didn't really have an interview. There were 3 of us applying for a caregiver position. The ED talked about herself gave us a tour of the facility asked if we were still interested, hired us all gave us about 17 training packets to read and took a test for each one and started when all our requirements were met.

They ask for a lot of examples of how you would you performed in a situation (challenging) & hoe was it resolved etc. also how would you deal with conflicts at work? A question about diabetes , read up on it!!

Didn't have an interview. I was referred by my previous employer. I also had no orientation. As well as, It took Corporate over a month to actually come in for my technical training. It was 6 hours, that's it.
