CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Ashland, OR – June 18, 2018
Management is a bullying style they are rude. In order to have a happy work place you have to be in the inner circle or able to kiss butt. It’s very fast paced and breaks are not happening sometimes you might get your last break of the day but that’s hardly happens and most of the time you don’t get a lunch. They allow CNAs who have jobs at other facilities to work a shift even if they just came from doing a double. The only positives are a few of the LPNs and the residents.
Residents. Up to date trainings
Hostile work environment. No structured breaks. Bully’s
Not a safe practice environment; not safe for patients
RN, Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Rehab (Former Employee) – Edmonds, WA – June 2, 2018
High turnover. Dangerous practices. Under constant State Survey for legitimate complaints. Management is arbitrary in decision making and does not support talent. Denies benefits; underpays LPNs with decades of experience. Mostly staffed by those who cannot find work elsewhere and agency nurses. Facility is not secure.
