Abusive stressful relentless pace

I was working way more hours then contracted and not getting paid for it. HR ignores complains. There is no organisation and the shop is always understaffed. Stay well clear if you want a healthy life style.

Pros

Free coffee in the morning when have time before opening.

Cons

Respect your employees. Pay living wage. Allow a trade union.

Good place to work

Good place to work. Typically consist of planning your day and making sure metrics are being reached but a solid place overall and who could hate on free coffee.

Decent

Lots of free food, decent pay. I met some great people and some miserable ones too. I would recommend if you’re looking for some extra work to ride you over
