My role is baker, so other than not knowing my days off week to week, my hours are very consistent, which I am happy with. I get off early enough to not mind working weekends.

There are no sick days. Depending on which ownership if you work in a department you are usually understaffed, so managers are hesitant to let you leave or stay home without a doctors note. However from what I’ve experienced as long you are trustworthy l, and make an effort to show up and work hard they won’t be too strict.
