The answer to this question is 100% dependent on, 1) obviously whether you're part time or full time and 2) which department you're working in. At the Danbury location, as a cashier you work anywhere from 4-6 hours a day and 12-15 hours a week, however hours were cut so it can occasionally be 10 or less hours a week. Working in the meat department, shifts ranged from 4-5 hours for employees working weekday evening shifts to 6-8 hour shifts on the weekends and 8 hour shifts for the full time meat supervisor. Again, the hours are completely variable depending on where you work in the store.

On regular not so busy days you work 8 or maybe a little earlier. On busier days you work a minimum of 8 and could stay an hour more if needed.
