Ridiculously Successful in Spite of the "Executive" Leadership Team
Manager (Former Employee) – Pearland, TX – August 2, 2017
What an awful place if you're in a management position.Incompetent, ignorant buffoons comprise the executive leadership team, whose goals seem, somehow, to spend the majority of their days finding ways to berate and yell at the employees they have. Never once did I see any single employee, team, or otherwise be acknowledged for their hard work. The COO likes to watch cameras all day expressly for the purpose of catching someone doing something wrong, instead of focusing on what should be his core responsibilities. There are more cameras (with microphones, I should add--something that's not disclosed to employees and could result in a BIG problem for this company down the road) than at any of the Federal mints. The control and micromanagement is unreal. The resistance to change because they've always done things a certain way is ridiculous. If you're not 100% a yes-man, you can forget about having any modicum of success here, much less a job should you disagree with one of the three principals. Great idea, good products, horrible leadership. There's no end to the success this place would have if they would trust their people and get out of their way. This team hires people that are more ignorant than they are in order to keep employees under their thumb. Horrible, horrible place indeed.
