There is no back bone in the management in our office. The manager is condescending and when asked about something or confronted about it, its always flipped around.

Poor management. High employee stress.

This company has evolved from a community health center to a multi clinic center who's primary goal is making money ; not helping disadvantaged patients. There are very few doctors on site; the clinics are mostly run by nurse practitioners right out of school. Management is disconnected from staff and information is poor. The attendance policy for 90 percent of the staff is set up to ensure that employees are constantly threatened with losing their jobs; however management is exempt from this. Practioners are overworked and expected to see large numbers of patients daily. This results in long waits for patients trying to be seen. Employee morale is low and dissatisfaction is wide spread. Consider any job offer from this company very, very carefully.....

A day at work

I work with different cultures and learned a lot about them. Also I learned a lot about communication between patients and myself. Learned to understand their concerns and problems. Management is very fair. The best part of my job is talking with the patients. You get to know them and they sometimes want to vent concerning their health or maybe other things. Just being there to listen really see to help.

"C" team is weak and unqualified. All that matters is making more money for the organization. Enjoyed the clinical employees and patients. In general, the clinical staff loves the patients and providing care to them.

PrimaryOne Health is a very diverse company which focuses on the needs of the patients and provides quality care. PrimaryOne treats it's employees well and is big on education and training. It is a nice place to work, however management tends to make decisions without involving the employees that those decisions impact.
