We have many tier levels within our call center itself, along with other departments for our employees to grow into. We give all employees a 30-minute lunch break, along with two 10-minute breaks per shift. Our employee turnover rate is comparable to an average call center environment. We have an open door policy and encourage employees that are unhappy to speak with us at any time.
