Bogus I was shown fraudulent practices during my training a fellow manager was handed off to me to train 3 months in when I was still learning.

The sales consultants at Prime Communications are paid bi weekly.

It’s a rat race each month to try and hit goal. Slower locations have no chance of ever being ahead for the month, sales are hit or miss, and the pay plan is just insane. Changing quite often, maybe once every three-six months (not ideal at all). Shady selling in some locations. Job is threatened when things get rough from a corporate sales standpoint.
