Most of the "training period" entails you teaching yourself. The program is valued at roughly $4700. Not worth the hurry up and wait environment you'll love in during orientation/PSD period of the process.
I realize with the huge influx of students, more trainers are required. Would just like the trainers to be more qualified and "present" during the training period. Lots of chiefs, not enough indians.
It is not about the training they provide there trainers, it is more about the trainers actually caring about there trainees. There is more trainers that care more about there pocket book and not training there trainees with respect, and being patient with them.Remembering that they once where new and needed guidance as well. I am the trainer that could care less about the money, but more the satisfaction that I did a good job training my student and I continue to train my students when they get there own truck
Stand behind your trainees when they have an issue. Remember, they're new and learning the ropes.
They should prepare mentally the laying off of employee who should be deposited in advance .
