Prime Therapeutics practices the hiring of large cohorts ("contractors") of fresh, young grads for AIS/QAS positions. I witnessed a large number of them, over half, get laid off before training is even completed. This was done in preparation for "peak season", and even more employees were laid off before the season was completed. They only keep a few people from each cohort, you'll have to be extremely competitive to have a chance of sticking around. Management likes to put each employee into a square hole by iterating their "5 words" at every monthly/weekly employee review, and whether or not you're meeting them. Its not an environment conducive to employee development whatsoever.
