Healthcare for PF employees is atrocious. Keep in mind that PrimeFlight's one and only goal is provide a low cost service alternative to airlines and that is accomplished by sub standard wages as well as sub standard healthcare for its employees.

Feast or famine,...often overstaffed, so you wait and wait your turn to push a wheel chair,..sometimes 2 pushes a whole shift! then they want you to work past your shift to help with all the chairs coming off of 1 plane, which you do, cuz its mandatory, and you hope to get at least 1 more tip. half the customers tip.

I actually enjoyed working for prime flight.I actually miss it.
Management is awesome.
My co-workers are fun to work around. Prime flight good pay hourly wage.
The work isn't stressful
It's really easy.
Security checking the planes
Easy.domestic easy.
You have sometime 15 or 30 to clean as a team.
And you really feel at home.
A lot of overtime.
You want to go to work.

Send your manager to People training,...learn how to interact with staff, how to motivate, how to support, how to encourage, teamplaying etc. ideas,..
worst management skills (at Minneapolis/st.paul) I have ever seen in my 40=+years of being a worker.
