Healthcare for PF employees is atrocious. Keep in mind that PrimeFlight's one and only goal is provide a low cost service alternative to airlines and that is accomplished by sub standard wages as well as sub standard healthcare for its employees.
Healthcare is not very good. Very high deductibles for family, preventive coverage are a fight get covered on a preventive policy. Dental and Eye care are ok.
No flight benefits.
Not only do health benefits lack in coverage but the concern of injuries on the job are not taken seriously but not medically completed to the resoulution of being healed! Their bedside manner leaves alot to be desired!
$200 a check ($400 a month for health insurance). That's more robbery, and not a benefit at all. PrimeFlight doesn't know what benefits are.
None, really poor health care.
