Many people do not understand leaderships role within this job thus leading to strife in the workplace. Physical activity is required typically in short busrts depending on your shift.

Flight benefits, leadership experience.

Working rain or shine, shifts often run late.

Unproductive and unprofessional

Simply put..don't work there. They do not pay enough to give up your life. There aren't good enough benefits. They favor others that will do the wrong things.

Poor management

I work at prime flight and the Managers don’t care about your health. They expect you to come on your sick days and work. Managers are rude and unfair to most coworkers.

Tips are great

No benefits, no flexible schedule, and no great communication.

Fun Workplace

I worked for two and a half years and they were like family. Of course, not all of them, but we solved our problems in the meetings. I do not continue because I moved to another state.

Free Holiday lunches

Great opportunity to get to work on the airport.

It is a great option to start working on the airport environment. You’ll get to know airlines metrics quickly but get yourself an opportunity to start looking for better airlines to apply. No benefits at all - SJU station really needs a better Human resource and also needs the leadership to be trained and oriented on how to address employees. There’s a lot of employees quitting. Not retaining great employees at all.

Airport knowledge

Fun, happiness, friendly, excellent

Pay is not enough? What? Primeflight is not good? Why because you guys were time off request, or call out too much! This why Primeflight pay is not enough for you when you call out so much or time off request so muchI wanna say Primeflight is good, pay is good, its just Depending on you guys not Depending on company payroll or pay hourly an weekly Primeflight has lots of change, now we have lunch break, 15 minutes break Depending on how many aircraft we have especially Deep clean, before 3 years ago we don't have lunch break yet since I got hired now we can have lunch break and everyone have to lunch break

Do not work here

No raises ever unless the minimum wage catches up to the average pay rate happened 2 times. Much better options out there for better pay and you’ll eventually end up doing your bosses job for no bonuses

Cool people

Bad quality of life

The worst job I ever worked

Poor management, they didn’t want to pay employees sick pay, they take advantage of the hard workers. They don’t like paying overtime if Flights are delayed. No holiday parties, no certification for appreciation, and they don’t offer no bonuses. Just a horrible company, they need new management for the Chicago location. Pay rate is poor also.

Amazing people

Amazing people to be around and will have fun and make new friendships. Schedules are always changing and pay is minimum for the amount of heavy labor.

Terrible station/Company

Prime Flight in general sucks! Pay sucks! Hours suck if there are any hours. Only people that do the work are the workers. It’s pointless working here.

Fun place to work

Love it here, everyone is nice and really like the Managers. It does get hot outside but that is to be expected. Flight benefits are nice and allowed me to travel with my family.

Planes and people was fun to work with

The job is pretty relaxed and can make good money and it is real not a job to play around with because you can get hurt or hurt someone else real quick not paying attention

Somewhat of a Fast paced workplace

Not a bad place to work if you don’t mind the night shift, however there’s no room for growth and no benefits or incentives of any kind. Also no paid time off and you’re not guaranteed the same hours every week because you’re technically on call. The work itself isn’t too hard, it just takes a while to get the rhythm of it.

Ok job to start at the airport

Not much room for advancement but the job is not hard. It’s a job to just get by. You can’t really expect much because it’s basically a minimum wage job

Not difficult

Low pay and bad management

The management was not understanding. The management was very demanding. And all for only $2.13 per hour. It was pretty ridiculous. It was a frustrating place to work.

Unless you are family good luck

The job itself is easy and fast paced. the pay is good and there is tons of overtime. But thats where the good stops. If you are not related to the someone there good luck getting the good jobs or getting promoted. If you have issues with anyone they dont care how you are treated by the leads or other staff.

Overtime available

A Mess To Be Fixed

Working with this company for a few years has been one of the most craziest it has been from seeing people come and go like flys to management braking security guidelines to having new hires work and search on planes that are not certified to do so this place is falling apart when no one cares to improve but everything is done correctly when corporate comes to town but all in all it’s all for show once they are gone you do the bear minimum on these flights and go home not how it’s supposed to be done and management don’t care very high turn over rate and low pay for doing nothing crazy

Actual good employees

No breaks, Low pay, security risk, lack of management

pros: something to do for night owlsvery active jobcool general manager & decent shift leadsyou can listen to your own music easy moneyamazing views & learn a lot about planes cons:very stressful on the backno ppeyou will get written up for simple things (make NO mistakes)no breaks (not even the 30 minutes) no room for advancement but i did get a raise i didn’t get any benefits, idk if they exist or not tbh40 hours a week aren’t guaranteed, make sure you have a back up job you cannot change your availability for some reason

Horrible management

Loved the job and employees. Hated upper management. He is very rude and unprofessional. They do sneaky under handed stuff to fire you or make you quite when it’s review and raise time.

Decent place to work if you need the money.

A decent place to work if you need the money. 40 hour weeks are consistent if you don't leave early. Lots of downtime between build up and breakdown. Need to know somebody or be friends with people to move up. You could learn everything important to help the operation, it doesn't matter of your not cool with someone. Pay doesn't match the hard work the make you do. Management talks to people like they are children and are very disrespectful most of the time.

Lots of downtime

Favoritism, Under paid, No benefits, No room for advancements
