It is a pyramid scheme. I went In for an interview for Customer service and was told I need to selling life insurance is customer service. In order to do that you have to refer a bunch of people you know and what primerica would do is basically contact those people and try to sell them product at their residence as your ”training”. What kind of customer service requires a License to sell and needs to train newbies by visiting people they know personally? It is a pyramid scheme

Its not a pyramid scheme. Every single company has a "pyramid". Primerica encourages you to be the best you can. They see potential in you to make a business of your own. They encourage you to make money and they want their employee to retire young. It's all about "who" you know and the time to build your team. That's when you start getting the big bucks.

No. It is actually a Network Marketing Financial Services Company. It is even different from the typical multi-level marketing company as its structure is more like a Real Estate or Financial Services company but uses network marketing as its primary way to connect to clients. Compensation is much stronger for an individual salesperson than most MLMs so you can be successful even working on your own. Building a team can definitely build your success to a much higher level.

No it is not a Pyramid Scheme. It is a Multi Level Marketing Company company. It works similarly to Herbalife , Amway, Avon or Lularoe but for financial products primarily Term Life Insurance. You sell and must recruit to be promoted and earn higher commisions

True Pyramids require you to recruit to make money and you cannot make more money than the person who hired you. In Primerica, you dont have to recruit, you get the opportunity to recruit to build a management team and become a broker(like real estate). A job is a pyramid. You can never make more money than your boss and you cannot move up due to your hardwork. You have to wait until the person at the top gets fired, quit or die for 1 person to get that position. At primerica, there are thousands of Vice Presidents.
