A typical day is sitting at a computer for 8 hours making sure that you reach your goal production for that day. There is little to no flexibility within this department. They don't even want you to talk to your neighbor because it takes away from production. The mood and moral in the office is very poor and no one wants to come to work everyday, not even management.
occasional fun activities
healthcare, short breaks, Saturday overtime, no flexibility, low pay

Primerica has been the best thing that’s happened to our family. We needed extra cash and the opportunity we got with Primerica did just that. Everyone that we’ve met in Primerica have been helpful and encouraging. I love this company and will continue to work with them on the side. Maybe eventually full time
Need to invest a lot of time if you want any results...

Great job for someone who doesn't need money immediately, as you will be required to pass multiple state examinations to start making any substantial money. Had a great team backing me the whole time but if you're not keen on talking to people, I would recommend looking elsewhere as this is a strictly referral/commission based company.
productive and allows you to move forward as a career
Financial Advisor (Current Employee) – Lombard, IL – January 7, 2019
I am self employed so I choose when I want to work which allows me to be flexible with my time. I learned about the company's products such as the insurance. I got licensed to sell investment products and there is still a lot for me to learn. I enjoy the workplace culture because you are surrounded with diversity and can form good relationships with people with similar goals as you. The hardest part of this job would be reaching out to people and setting appointments. The most enjoyable part of the job would be the company trips (Hawaii and Miami). Also, having freedom by working for yourself.
company trips, bonuses, time flexibility, promotions

I really enjoyed working with Primerica. I learned a lot about insurance and working with clients. I also learned a lot about running an insurance company and building professional relationships. i ALSO LEARNED MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND TEAM-BUILDING SKILLS. THE MOTIVATION AT THE COMPANY IS VERY HIGH AND THE LEADERS WANT EVERYONE TO SUCCEED. The company provide excellent training for their agents and management.
