If you were in charge, what would you do to make PrimeSource Building Products a better place to work?
If I was in charge at PrimeSource I would make sure to staff enough productive people so that everyone can get home to their families at a decent hour it's understandable to have some overtime but when every day is overtime plus Saturdays people get tired and worn out.
What is the most stressful part about working at PrimeSource Building Products?
We were kind of understaffed for the workload a lot of the time and the latest I worked with 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at PrimeSource Building Products?
Honestly if it was the location I was at I would tell them they didn't know what they were in for.
