Don't invite candidates for a second interview only to speak condescendingly towards them. Edward Tournoux is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. When speaking about my background and experience I caught him several times making skeptical faces to his boss and another member of management who were present at my interview when he thought I wasn't looking. I'm not sure why he found it so unbelievable that I have a marketing degree and a cosmetology license. And he actually likened me to a CHILD (I'm a grown woman) and told me that I should say "I don't know" in response to his questions. Why would I pretend to be stupid when I do in FACT have merchandising experience and CAN answer the questions? He didn't ask about my work history that RELATED to the position and instead asked me to tell him about my duties from working at Best Western? He is not qualified to be interviewing ANYONE and only wasted my time and company's time. It seems he had already made up his mind not to hire me BEFORE inviting me to interview for the SECOND time, so why bother? I was also asked my age during the first interview, Isn't that illegal? Hmmm...

First I would say - run away. I was warned before I interviewed but the pay and benefits were so attractive. Three weeks in I regretted my decision.
