PrimitiveLogic is a consulting company based out of San Francisco that has been in business for over thirty years providing consulting services to various industries in California, Nevada and Arizona. These services include Digital Marketing, Tech and Business Enablement, Regulatory & Compliance IIoT Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. It is a great place to work and is consistently ranked as a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal. The multiplicity of services provided means that the consultants are from a diverse background and are encouraged to learn from each other.

Lack of interesting projects in my field and location
Consultant (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – September 28, 2016
Primitive Logic is going through a very difficult time. They lost a few key leaders earlier in the year, and the company has seen a good-sized drop in business over the past 12 months. As a result they have terminated a number of consultants, including at least one that had just joined the company!
I was a loyal employee but happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and was let go. Primitive Logic was a great place to work and may be that again some time in the future, but right now it feels like a company in crisis.
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – August 25, 2015
Primitive logic is a company consisting of great people, ex-accenture consultants who have great integrity and consulting skills. The company can do better in terms of being more competitive in the consulting space and take on bigger companies. Work life balance is great and projects execution is good. The company gets a lot of repeat business based on past relationships. I would recommend this company to a consultant who wants to avoid travel.
consulting without travel, great project execution methodology
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) – San Francisco – August 11, 2015
The company is very family friendly and has a great work/life balance. They don't have much of a mentorship program or ability to control the consulting roles/clients that you get placed on. After all it is a small business so the opportunities are not as vast. They do have a great focus on having a gender balance which I enjoyed.
