Fun and Cooperative Place to Work!
Teacher (Current Employee) –  Mount Pleasant, SCJanuary 17, 2019
I love working for Primrose School of Mount Pleasant! While there are a lot of responsibilities to manage as a classroom teacher, you are provided with a large support system. Also, the owners are on site every day, along with all of the directors, so you are never alone if you need help! Each classroom has at least two teachers to help split responsibilities, and the planning schedule is more than generous for day to day planning. The families are all wonderful, and they always treat you with respect no matter the situation. While there is no health care provided by the school, there is a heath and wellness bonus added to each check to help you pay for an individual plan!
Pros
Free Lunch, Great Pay, Generous PTO and Holidays
Cons
No Healthcare plans per the school.

The owners are great
Co-Teacher (Former Employee) –  Mount Pleasant, SCJanuary 22, 2018
The pay was really good. The management team needs a little work. They expect a lot out of their employees. The curriculum was stressful and the children are transitioned too early. The teachers were supposed to get time to work on curriculum, but it never worked out.
Pros
Free meals, great pay
Cons
10 hour shifts, stressful curriculum
