As of lately (last 3 years) our Union had a negotiated agreement with management where we all, regardless of position, received a 17.5% increase over those previously stated 3 years, which included cost of living and merit raises. After which you still receive cost of living increases annually. We also recently after a Compensation study between other counties based on position received an additional 2.5% - 7.5% depending on position. Lastly our Union as of today November 2, 2018 are in contract negotiations for the upcoming fiscal year, so increase are currently being analyzed again to create competitive pay for position between the counties.
