Answered

Proud because it’s a prestigious location and for having worked with a few good individuals. Not proud that this “swamp will never be drained.” Corruption entrenchment is part of endemic culture. “If you can’t beat them, join them.” I shall strive to modify my work ethic so as to model verbatim on those persons who stay on the job for decades.

Answered

The vacation policy was excellent, I would get 33 days per year.

Couple of weeks. HR phone interview. Unit interview with optional tour. Orientation in classroom. Orientation on floor. That was as Nursing Assistant. Transitioning to Registered Nurse was impossible. Same steps as above mentioned. Confraternity hazing lasted the duration of training. Ultimate supervisor at this location will give me a glowing recommendation at my next place of employment to ensure that she will cement her thirty-year security of tenure. I wish those patients well, even if they deserve much better.
