Princeton Property Management has been in business for over 30 years with a great reputation!! I'm confident their future will be full of success!!

They need to change into a big business instead of staying small for the staff. They need to provide better care for their good staff and support them better in all areas to include training. They should counsel better if it really is a job on the line to not lose good people. They also need to let the staff defend themselves if accused of misconduct and possibly resolve an issue from others that are just complainers and not giving the whole story. They need to figure out a better bonus program that incudes maintenance, as office staff is the only ones qualified for bonus's and revamp the complication to get the bonuses as so many do not want to hassle with the procedure.

I used to believe in this company, but that belief has waned. If you drive onto most of the properties here in South Carolina managed by them, you will see a majority of vehicles with expired tags. It is questionable at most times how many people occupy each apartment as I have seen a lot of them running daycare centers out of there apartments. They will probably wind up on the news at some point soon.
I feel the future of PPM will continue to grow.
