Priority Envelope has been a great career for nearly 18 years. There are opportunities for anyone with the ambition to learn and advance. A typical day is to look at the schedule for all the machines and make it happen with the team we work with.

If you aren't able to b.s you won't fit in. Must be a suck up and coddle your coworkers. Must be able to do the jobs of at least 3 people. If coworkers makes mistakes you'll be held accountable as well. Totally wasted 5 years of my life there.

Everyone and everyone. You feel you belong there. And you are part of a team. And management and supervisors leave you alone to do your job. And don't rush you to get things done.

The good; everyone is mostly engaged and have a desire to improve the organization by practicing core values and being held accountable for what happens, we have good direction and a desire to be the best supplier for our customers. The plant is organized and 7S compliant which speaks highly of the people who work there. Everyone is valued, treated fairly and encouraged to contribute while being recognized for a job well done. The weak area (not bad) are the company benefits with limited holidays and healthcare. It has improved over last year with the addition of a 401K contributions and continues to be evaluated for improvements. If you want to work and look for opportunities to improve and grow; this is the place for you.
Pros
Engagement and opportunity to excel with a skilled craft.
Cons
No overlap in shift change
