Good employees, bad management
Written by Bindery Operator (Former Employee) from Indianapolis, IN on December 18, 2015
While I was there, my coworkers in the plant were wonderful. Sure, there some I didn't get along with, and some petty drama, but the majority of the people there are good people. The problem with Priority all surrounds money. The executives want to make as much money as possible, and everyone there is underpaid because of it. For example, about 10 people - more... have quit/been let go in the last year because of problems with management or pay, so they were increasingly understaffed. However, instead of hiring more people or increasing the pay of the overworked employees to make it worth how much effor ... - less
ProsLots of OT if you need the money
ConsPoor management, underpaid and no raises, you will be a doormat
