Sounds like BEH since GHS has taken over. Good employees leaving after years of service. Morale at an ALL TIME LOW! Too many patients for the nursing staff. Hours cut so there's never enough help in any department. A tyrant running the place instead of the spineless president. No raises in years, but huge bonuses for the CEO and presidents for all of the hospitals under GHS. That's just the tip of the iceberg .

Horrible! Took position, started first day then Supervisor changed my position next day. Had no desk, no chair, no place to lock personal items. Two weeks later, Supervisor changed hours. Third week Supervisor added Saturday's to my schedule. Supervisor made it very clear once office closed and any guest/patients knock on door. You had provide service, even if you had already clocked out and ready to go home to family. No exceptions

In the past it was a positive environment. However, the 'NEW' direction the executive leadership has chosen has resulted in LONG time upper leaders and department heads leaving in droves. The entire culture and the moral has greatly suffered. Benefits has declined, skill set has declined. Lots of unhappiness.
