What people say about working at Prisma Health

  • Good job stability, ability to transfer within company

    4.0
Offers good job stability, ability to transfer to other jobs within the system. Pay is lower than national average. Yearly reviews are very tedious and yearly raise is very few cents if any.
    Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee)
    Seneca, SC - August 7, 2019
  • Some coworkers are great. Others bully new employees. Management pretends not to know while showing favoritism to certain employees

    3.0
Good benefits, including educational benefits and EAP. Management is poor and does not deal with problems between coworkers until someone ends up being fired or resigning to avoid working in a hostile environment.
