They don't. Literally. They don't give them and you get a measly 2.5 percent performance bonus (which is NOT guaranteed) once a year but obviously if you leave prior to that, you will not have gotten any monetary incentive. In today's low unemployment, they expect people to keep working for them with no pay increase. The cost of living goes up so should your pay rate. Garbage company.
Just be real and be willing to accept change, because the medical fiels is always evolving.
