This is a temporary job
There is no benefit, no sick time and no job security or advancement unless there for 120 day. On the up side nice people to work with , and the pay is not bad.

Appreciate and Communicate with Employees on a Regular Basis
Lack of Communication with management..Don't follow through on training..once they place you they fall off quickly. They don't resolve issues that are out of your control.
