Proactis is a continuously growing...
A typical work day is 8 hrs. Attended meetings, responded to request, supported other teams.
Management is growing and working on improving the company.

The hardest part of the job is that you dont know where you stand. The company acquires other businesses so they are growing but staff does not really feel like their job is secure.

Middle of the road
You typically work in a small team with other departments to deliver the features that the customer wants. Developing for this company is great; however, there isn't much upward movement. Expect cost of living adjustments, that's about it. You get to learn a plethora of different languages and you have the flexibility to get the job done how you see fit. Paid time off is generous. Benefits are much worse than I was used to.

You'll be doing an agile-esque sprint. You will have morning scrum stand-ups that are unconventional (other departments join in, lots of cross talk and problem solving at the stand up). Great place to work!
The Phoenix office is an absolutely amazing place to work, great people and boss. Rapid growth and availability to work on many different projects. The location is great and not a bad commute for anyone in the greater Phoenix area.
