Pros
crew members, benefits, paid holidays (extrusion only gets christmas off), Overtime*
Cons
overly "safe" culture, difficult to advance, no recognition, pay is minimal, Employee assistance fund is not willing to help those in need (even paid in), Parking lot is a flooded mess (icy in winter time), No sick pay (but call out!!
