Do not work here!
LPN (Current Employee) –  Johnson City, TNFebruary 21, 2019
The schedules are a nightmare. No one is on the same page. Ha a well oiled machine. They know nothing about the patients so they arent able to match peopke and the nurse at all. No insurance. The family members definitely run the show. It because they are so broke thats why all their cases are horrible.

I enjoy taking care of the children but as a single mother I had scheduling issues with 12 hour shifts.
PRN (Current Employee) –  Johnson City, TNMay 5, 2015
A typical day consisted of 12 hour shifts caring for children on ventilators. The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing I was making a difference in some one's life and the families lives as many of these children were not able to communicate.
Pros
Making a ddifference in some one's life.
Cons
schedule conflicts being a single mother
