Marketing in Carpinteria, CA

The culture is terrific, the esprit de corps is genuine and energizing without being cult-like, and the product measurably helps the construction workforce. Procore just went public and is set to rule the construction management tech space. Leadership is human, humane, and approachable and they authentically want everyone to be happy and successful. Working from office/home is flexible, and the work is on behalf of a dynamic industry that is really going places—globally. The excitement in the air is palpable.

Excellent culture dictates how everybody operates in their roles. Lots of changes occurred last year resulting in new leadership, entire roles being eliminated, etc. We'll see how that fares.

I find myself lucky to come across a company which has set employees, culture, users and products as it's tenets and focus areas and continues to set a high bar. As long as it continues to be honest to its employees, culture, users and products it shall thrive. As it experiences growth, adds on new leadership, there is bound to be some form of friction.

Its ok. Not much on advancement but the overall work environment is tolerable. Supervisors and training staff demonstrate adequate abilities for this position.

Procore is a great company with a great culture. They really do hire smart and interesting people. Leadership is engaged and communicates well, however since shifting to remote work, the work-life balance has significantly worsened. I often felt stressed and overwhelmed by my daily duties as an SDR, which was mentally exhausting to do completely remotely, spending 8+ hours a day cold-calling people during a pandemic. I believe Procore is at its center a really great company, but I had a below average experience in my role.
