Front Desk Specialist/ Exercise Tech (Former Employee) –  Salem, MAAugust 3, 2018
I worked as a per-diem exercise tech/front desk specialist at ProEx Physical Therapy following a clinical rotation as a PTA student. I really enjoyed being around the physical therapy field.

I was very happy with ProEx Physical Therapy. ProEx was very family oriented. I loved the feeling that we all had each other's back.I was very nervous when I first started at the corporate office but they made me feel very welcome.

The company was all for advancement, they would assist you as much as possible to help you achieve your career goal.

not the best place in the world to work
Athletic Trainer (Former Employee) –  Woburn, MAJuly 5, 2016
the owners think they are the best thing since sliced bread. Some of the PT's are cool and some think AT's are great at folding towels.
AT's work in clinics and then 6 days a week at a highschool, way more than 40 hours, but it may depend on the high school.
The PT students or Coeds get more training and respect than the AT's.

The front desk girls were awesome.

Typical day. arrive at clinic at 7am, work till 1, drive to hs, get there by 1:30, school bell rings at 2, AT job begins. LUNCH???? whats' that?
Pros
they gave me a polo
Cons
poor communication with hs, vague contract, no time off
