Community Liaison (Former Employee) –  Annandale, VAApril 12, 2019
Loved this job, unfortunately it was a long commute, over an hour each way. Great coworkers, very dedicated to the healthcare profession. Busy/fun work environment.

Most decisions are money driven.
Nurse (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCMarch 15, 2019
This company is more about revenue and less about patient care. There is no job stability and constant reminders about layoffs if more revenue is not brought in.

Therapist (Former Employee) –  Lanham, MDFebruary 26, 2019
PHR is very unprofessional. I have never worked with a company that changes policies and every hour. They are very petty. They don’t like for you to be honest. They want you to lie to cover up the wrong doing to make them look good. They are not loyal to anyone. They are back stabbers! They like to bully their staff

Office Staff (Current Employee) –  Washington, DCDecember 23, 2018
Mismanagement and poor leadership currently plague this organization. New EMR great however no new process, policies or procedures to guide staff on proper use and job expectations. Focus on billing trumps accurate documenting. Management staff allowed to intimidate and bully staff.

The most enjoyable part of this job is the field staff. They always have an encouraging word. The hardest part of this job is the rollover. Too many people leaving.

Clinical Nurse Manager (Former Employee) –  Lanham, MDMarch 6, 2018
As a manager at this company I had the autonomy and authority to create a team of skilled and reliable Team members. The hardest part of my job was to leave at the end of the day not knowing that all patients were scheduled for home visits within a reasonable time frame. the most enjoyable part of my job was to meet with my staff on a weekly basis to discuss their caseloads.
