Clinical Research Assistant (Former Employee) –  Saint Petersburg, FLNovember 12, 2018
The staff do not care about the patient, the admin are disconnected, some of the doctors are rude, even to patients, and the pay is low. There is a reason for the high turn over seen in the staff. I am much happier now that I am no longer working there!

All-around a nice place to work!
Massage Therapist/Receptionist (Current Employee) –  Saint Pete FloridaNovember 6, 2018
All-around a nice place to work! I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a job. The owner of the company is a very good man and really cares about his patients. In fact all of the doctors there really care about their patients! I am a current employee there and I get along extremely well with everybody. They have benefits 401(k) paid time off and many more benefits. If you ever need help with something or advice management is always there to help!
Pros
Free lunches and great people
Cons
High turnover rate

Family Nurse Practitioner Student (Current Employee) –  Saint Petersburg, FLOctober 21, 2018
This is a busy practice in an inner city where you will see every type of patient. They allow autonomy for mid level practitioners. They use EMR and eprescribe, which aids productivity.
Pros
free lunches.

receptionist (Former Employee) –  St. Petersburg, FLMay 31, 2018
Head nurse is allowed to abuse and degrade staff, reps, and patients. Some physicians are extremely rude and degrading to staff. The more you work the more is expected without compensation or appreciation. They have not had a good manager there in over 4 years.

Registered Medical Assistant (Current Employee) –  Saint Petersburg, FLMay 21, 2018
The professionalism is missing in this office, the upper and lower management treat the support staff really bad. The name of this clinic does not suit it at all. The environment is very stressful and there's little to no sense of accountability for their actions or behavior. Management overlooks a very serious problem that leads to a high turnover rate.

Clinical Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  Saint Petersburg, FLJanuary 14, 2018
PHC of Pinellas is a large and ever growing Internal Medicine Practice. It is however suffering from many management issues that cause great turn over. It is a stressful situation with many patient's that are medium to low income patients that get frustrated with the insurance practices which change constantly. Being the only one who does DME, PA's and Home Health for 4 offices, makes it difficult to keep up with the paperwork and ever changing policies.
Pros
Working with DME and Home Health agencies
Cons
Pressure to complete orders in timely fashion and
