Great people, but lacks compensation

I worked at Pro for about 8 months before I had to move for family reasons.

The company had some pretty good benefits, like Verizon phone discounts, BJ's membership discounts, & regular benefits (sick days, vacation, etc.) after 6 months.

Communication could get a little dicey with so many departments interacting in the same thread (and not - more... all of it applied to some of the offices) but it was also always traceable to cover screw ups (both good & bad).

The compensation is a little low, especially considering the areas of operation (NYC, Northern NJ). However, if there was work that ... - less
Prosadvancement possible, discount programs, free events
Conssubpar compensation, cluttered communication
