A typical day at work would be making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls due to past due accounts. I learned about how it affects your credit and how collection is hard to get out of once you're in collections. The management there was very strict but wanted what was best for us. The hardest part of the job was trying to get the consumers to - more ... verify their personal information without going into full details. The most enjoyble part of the job was that I could really help someone get out of debt if they worked with me. - less
