The NIPT market is tired, dry, and dying. This is a company that will sell you a culture that doesn't exist and sell you a fun and exciting work environment of which it is not. You can be a top sales rep today and easily the bottom feeder rep the next. They terminate people as quickly as they hire them (on average around 6 months if you are new - and the 90 day probationary period AND training is a joke) without much explanation and have a bad culture of speaking ill about those who left. If you don't mind looking over your shoulder and being in constant paranoia of getting fired - come on board! Beware of management, they are all liars and tend to tell reps what they want to hear to keep them selling. Pricing changes everyday, product messaging changes daily, and no one knows what they are doing or talking about in the billing and marketing departments. If you want a job where you have security its not here! You have to sign an "at-will" contract and they will execute it in the most blindsighted manner.
