This company employs the lowest of the low and keeps them that way.
Hiring process was a joke; the man running the orientation was clearly intoxicated and kept getting confused while reading the paperwork.
Training process was a joke;
I was promised 2 weeks of training routes and received only 1. The second week I was given the same workload - more...
The work is mindless and a good workout.
Poor training, high expectations, low pay, high responsibility (on the road and to the dispatchers), negative micromanagement, hazing period, discouraging environment, run like a gang.
