Poor Management
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Glendale, AZNovember 13, 2018
The environment is amazing and the job is fun, however the management is VERY BAD!! The supervisor are never available to assist you in things you need (which is their job to do) and they change things on a daily basis without notifying you. They expect you to do overtime and dedicate your full time to help with call volume but WILL NOT work with you and your personal schedule when it's really needed.
Pros
Free snacks, annual raise
Cons
Not flexible, management

CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER (Former Employee) –  Draper, UTDecember 5, 2018
This is a great company that is growing. It is a local business run like a family owned company. This company is wonderful to work for. Salary could be a little more competitive and 401k matching should be better but, otherwise, it's a great company.

Fraud Manager (Former Employee) –  Draper, UTSeptember 4, 2018
I liked my time working for Progressive Leasing. The work was challenging and rewarding. Management doesn't just talk the mission, they actually live it and push for it.
Pros
Lots of small perks (snacks, swag, gym). Great family based culture.
Cons
Growing so fast, it is difficult to get projects prioritized.

not a fun work place but a good place to work
Merchant Support (Current Employee) –  Draper, UTSeptember 11, 2018
You are in front of two screens all day long and you are expected to handle call after call. even if you do a great job on your call management is only going to criticize the call. altho they provide great benefits I personally believe their goal is to see you move up or move out. Not a job to simply be complacent at.
Pros
they provide great company events and free lunches.
Cons
poor attendance policy, late on your break it turns into a tardy, also if your sick you need to provide 24 hour notice or its a slap on the wrist.

There is a great culture and they take very good care of employees, but the work is monotonous and not fulfilling in the slightest sense. The management is energetic and fun.

Great Starter Job
Retail Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  Columbus, OHNovember 27, 2018
I think it's a great starter job for a young adult who just got out of college. I feel there should be a larger base salary. I like that there is an open door policy.

It’s was a good job all in all
Merchant Support Representative (Former Employee) –  Glendale, AZJanuary 4, 2019
They treat they employees as well as their customers very well. The companybis one big family. It’s not a hard job to perform and the pay is excellent for most people. Management isn’t that bad some are bad apples but most are truly caring people very welcoming when a problem arises.
Pros
Good pay nice environment.
Cons
Can be stressful at times

Horrible Company
Fraud Analyst II (Former Employee) –  Draper, UTNovember 30, 2018
Horrible Company do not work there. There is no job security, they can let you go at any time. At first they treat you good. But you have to be in the right click to get promoted or to even save your job.
Pros
Snacls
Cons
No job security

Great place if you are one of the "family"
Collections Agent (Former Employee) –  Draper, UTOctober 18, 2018
They offer many great benefits to their employees. Moving up is not as easy as they say. There is one supervisor who has family in many different roles and departments which makes it hard to know who you can trust if you have an issue. Nepotism is rampant at this place and makes for a poor working environment. There's a reason most companies have a strong policy against it. It makes it a nightmare to get things done. The perks are good for the most part. I wouldn't recommend it due to nepotism unless you are part of that supervisors family.
Pros
Affordable insurance
Cons
Nepotism

Good Company, Management SUCKS
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Draper, UTOctober 8, 2018
Honestly, if it weren't for management I'd recommend this place to everyone. Upper management is great. It's the managers below that make Progressive Leasing terrible. You do have a couple good ones but overall, they don't care about you. The work environment is fast. You have 2 minutes in between calls to conclude your notes about the call you just completed. Often times the managers will cut that time down to one minute without telling you. You find out your btwn time was cut when all of a sudden your headset picks up another call without you doing so yourself. The work can be too much because the managers need their numbers boosted but if we're talking the company itself, I'd say it is a good one. Didn't agree with some of the ways the company claims to help their customers but overall as an employee I say the CEO has put together a great place to be at. They run fun raffles with cool prizes, cool family events and besideds the work, the CEO knows how to have a good time. But again, management sucks and the work are overly stressful.
Pros
Free breakfast and drink bar, cool cafeteria with lots of space to eat, lounge and play. M-F a different food truck is on site for lunch.
Cons
Management, numbers are major here, don't ever call in sick cause they'll replace you quick.

Was OK to work for if you had great personal and phone skills. Bonuses could be hard to earn if you didn't. Management was decent, but not always on the same page.

Customer Service Call Center Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Glendale, AZSeptember 13, 2018
There are too many to list. Everyone on the senior leadership team are as authentic, brilliant and humble as they come. Every time we come to the CEO with questions related to the staff, the first question he asks is "What is going to be the best for our employees?"

Good place to work. There are a few issues of favoritism but overall a good work place. Great benefits, upper management really cares about their workers.

Customer Service (Former Employee) –  59th avenue and bell road in phoenix, azAugust 25, 2018
I helped start up this location and got fired for being autistic. They do not take health conditions into consideration. Heartless company really. If you work there, it's probably best a temporary job.
Pros
they pay on time
Cons
you have to deal with people.

The Compay is primaraly a call center, however, everyone including managment wants to help you progress. I feel like management takes a personal intrest in your life and cares about your well being.
