Good Company, Management SUCKS

Honestly, if it weren't for management I'd recommend this place to everyone. Upper management is great. It's the managers below that make Progressive Leasing terrible. You do have a couple good ones but overall, they don't care about you. The work environment is fast. You have 2 minutes in between calls to conclude your notes about the call you just completed. Often times the managers will cut that time down to one minute without telling you. You find out your btwn time was cut when all of a sudden your headset picks up another call without you doing so yourself. The work can be too much because the managers need their numbers boosted but if we're talking the company itself, I'd say it is a good one. Didn't agree with some of the ways the company claims to help their customers but overall as an employee I say the CEO has put together a great place to be at. They run fun raffles with cool prizes, cool family events and besideds the work, the CEO knows how to have a good time. But again, management sucks and the work are overly stressful.
Free breakfast and drink bar, cool cafeteria with lots of space to eat, lounge and play. M-F a different food truck is on site for lunch.
Management, numbers are major here, don't ever call in sick cause they'll replace you quick.
