Abeautiful building with much potential. Would have been a greal AL facility as an addition. Large rooms and clean facility.

Rounding and meeting with department managers were a typical day. Going out in the community to develop business occurred approximately four times a weeks. I attended scheduled appoints with local doctors, case managers and community organizations. Management was present but let you manage and direct your building. The staff turnover was high and - more ... by the time I left the position, staff turnover was reduced. The most difficult of the job was increasing census. I enjoyed building a team and seeing it come together. - less

ConsNot well received in the community due to the building being the old county home.
