The interview process to work for progressive was long. From start to finish it took 3 months. Assessment, phone interview, second video interview, then background check. After all that do not start for a month an a half. Interview was difficult I had to prepare for it but with preparation I believe that helped me get the job.

I had a phone interview on Monday August 13th. The lady told me they would be in contact the middle or end of the week. They sent me a next steps email on August 23rd for background check. Then August 24th for interview on the 29th. Said 5-10 days. Not sure if that is business days or not.
