You will get a phone interview first, very cut dry and goes by their model, if you have the slightest accent you will not get any further even though they will still waste your time on the phone. This company will only hire native speaking people unless they indicate spanish, not saying that is my language but very disappointed with their interview process. They don't even want to know about you as a person, they just rate you on their own scale.

I was hired by AVI the food preparation and and distribution company inside Progressive insurance and I was able to start working until after the 1st full week then AVI told me Progressive did a background check that disqualified me. Once I received the letter they sent I seen 2 misdemeanors dated more than 5 yes ago and that was it. Also they did a consumer report on me so I imagine my bad credit played a factors as well.
