  • Not flexible

  • Pretty flexible if not in call center environment.

  • The work hours aren't flexible, it's either 9-6 or 8-5. Lunch time is flexible & if you have appts they are flexible in that sense

  • Not very flexible

  • 8-5 M-F get your work done and you ay have some spare time for the day. Somedays you are busy and work more hours to get to job done.

  • Easily flexible in the 8 to 6 window. Other modifications (like working 4 10s) take special approval, but are usually OK. The idea is to be available when people want to talk on the phone.

  • You are expected to work 9-6 or 8-5. Even if you work overtime.

  • 4/10s or 5/8s
You can go in early or in late up to 2hrs on a single day (there are rules to this, make sure you know them well.)

  • Not flexible at all. Zero work life balance.

  • That was an issue for me as I had one weekday and one weekend day off, it wasn't back to back. I had to use paid time off if I wanted two days off in a row
