I don’t have any college experience and was hired. I barely got my GED 2 months before being hired on at Progressive. I did however have many years of customer service as a small businesses owner.

If you have customer service experience of any sort. Retail, call center definitely, fast food apply. I didn't have a degree or a full year of college but lots if customer service experience. I got hired this month (12/17)

They wound like a bachelor degree; however, if you have customer service or previous mgmt experience you can still be considered.

You absolutely could still apply! I just got hired and although I have college credits, I haven't completed it. Having a degree would start you out at a higher salary and depending on the position, put you and a better chance of getting the job. You DO NOT need a degree, unless it specifically states it.
