Good clients, lousy upper management. Tolerable until it no longer is.
Great! Company is growing and changing daily
Unrealistic expectations. Company is new in the area and appear to be financial-need driven. Providing quality care to clients was greatly undermined by quantity of care.
Dreaded going to work and being unable to provide the quality of service that they deserve. Clients deserve better. A 24 year old client died due to overloaded schedules, driven by greed and profits, and no time for counselors to reach out to struggling clients. No policies in place, just a free for all and only the strong survive Project Chesapeake. Very sad.
I look forward to seeing my co-workers and clients. Some days are difficult, as this is human services, but I have a great team around me that ensure I feel supported and are willing to help when I'm feeling overwhelmed.
I look forward to working with clients. I dread interaction with upper management.
