How do you feel about going to work each day at Project Chesapeake?

6 answers

  • Good clients, lousy upper management. Tolerable until it no longer is.

  • Great! Company is growing and changing daily

  • Unrealistic expectations. Company is new in the area and appear to be financial-need driven. Providing quality care to clients was greatly undermined by quantity of care.

  • Dreaded going to work and being unable to provide the quality of service that they deserve. Clients deserve better. A 24 year old client died due to overloaded schedules, driven by greed and profits, and no time for counselors to reach out to struggling clients. No policies in place, just a free for all and only the strong survive Project Chesapeake. Very sad.

  • I look forward to seeing my co-workers and clients. Some days are difficult, as this is human services, but I have a great team around me that ensure I feel supported and are willing to help when I'm feeling overwhelmed.
