I was overall happy with the time spent working for Project CSI.. however it was poorly managed for in the field employees. Project managers can’t get out of their own way with pride among other things. If you changed that it would be a much greater place to work.

This is an awful place to work. When I started, things were okay. The people were nice enough, but soon things changed. They talk down on you, talk behind your back, and if you do something different than how they first told you to do something, they start yelling. People will step on your toes to get ahead and overall, just a bad environment. They micromanage every single thing, calling you 4-5 times a day just to check to see if you are working. They hate people with independence and people they cannot control.

If you don’t mind traveling this is a great job. They care about their employees and take care of them as much as they can. Thanks to the owner for the opportunity!

I was yelled at on a Monday morning for not answering my cell phone when I was in church services on a Sunday morning. I was told that I get paid the rate that I made so that I am available 24/7/365 with no exceptions. I worked 60 hour work weeks and was still given unattainable and unrealistic goals with no appreciation. The owner will look down on you if anything you do or say (even in your off time) is not what he wants to hear. It may be a good work environment for some...but not for me.
