PK is on the smaller side for an outsourcing company in tech, really only 1 large client. I appreciate their willingness to work with other vendors, they really do seem to put the client first (unlike others I've worked for or with), the clients seem to like them.
PK is a growing company, and they are experiencing a lot of growing pains. But those issues don't usually impact your day to day work
They do make a serious effort to keep their staff working, and there are opportunities to work on projects while on the bench.
